Sarah Palin "Wrote" a Book.

There's a new post on Jezebel with a hilarious mock index of Palin's new book Going Rogue.
The most eye-opening aspect of the piece for me was the quote from the Republican national committeewoman Christine Torretti, who said, "There are those who are absolutely crazy about [Palin] - they say she's the Jennifer Aniston of the Republican Party."
Are you kidding me? That made me laugh out loud and get frightened at the same time. The comparison is just very odd to me. I imagine they are going for the "America's Sweetheart" ideal, but if the women in America start changing their hair in droves to copy "The Sarah," or if winking becomes a national phenomenon, I will consider it my duty to immediately come up with the new trend.
Maybe a reinvention of "The Rachel," for the new Rachel (Maddow)?
